First: General Eligibility Criteria
Commitment to professionalism, work ethics, and academy policies.
Holding a qualification relevant to the position applied for.
Submitting all required official documents, including certificates, licenses, training credentials, and letters of recommendation, if available.
Second: Coach Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Practical experience in the relevant sport.
Relevant accredited coaching certifications and training courses.
Ability to develop and implement training programs.
A valid coaching license, if required for the relevant sport.
A coaching track record or athletic achievements are considered an advantage.
Third: Administrative Position Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Experience in managing and operating sports academies or organizations.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Ability to efficiently manage schedules, facilities, and day-to-day operations.
Application Process
All applications go through the following stages:

2. Interview
Candidates who meet the requirements will be contacted for a technical or administrative interview.
3. Approval
